Each response carries publisher facts, original URLs, dates, identifiers, licences, and the selected sources’ health state. Your agent can combine a candidate record with served law and company context to prepare a cited impact-review queue for a human decision.

get_regulatory_intelligence_status is the authority for the current source list. It reports each publisher, channel, jurisdiction, enrolment baseline, last successful sync, and freshness state. The status tool is available on every plan.
The enrolled set changes only after source, rights, and acquisition checks pass.

Publication record
The source record comes first.
Ansvar stores publisher facts and returns them without model-written summaries. Search finds a record; lookup by id returns that same record and citation.

Audit boundary
An empty result needs a coverage statement.
Ansvar reports whether the selected source was enrolled, inside its baseline window, and fresh enough to support the search. If every selected source is unavailable, the call fails instead of returning a clean empty list.
A signed source verdict clears the reuse terms before the monitor fetches the source.
The monitor stores publisher facts. It does not write a summary of the publication.
A search record can be fetched again by id with the same publisher, source URL, and licence.
Freshness and baseline state travel with the response that supports the conclusion.
