    Quality report

    Four things, measured, monthly.

    Coverage and freshness, reliability by call class, a frozen-question benchmark, and incidents. Values appear on first publication; until then each block says pending rather than showing a number we have not published.

    A benchmark measures performance on those questions. It does not establish legal completeness or the right application to your case. Refusal rate on its own is not a quality measure; the benchmark reports right and wrong refusals separately.
