Regulatory intelligence
Find out what regulators and the EU Official Journal just published, which dated obligations take effect soon, and which EU act a news item refers to.
Plan Monitor status, the EU act finder and change records: every plan. New publications and deadlines: Premium, Team and Company.
Try it
Using Ansvar, check the regulatory monitor status first, then search for new EDPB publications on data transfers from the last 30 days and give me each one with its publisher link.More examples:
Using Ansvar, list the regulatory deadlines for the Netherlands between today and the end of next year, including the EU-level rows. For each curated row, fetch the provision named in its basis.Using Ansvar, find the EU act with CELEX 32024R1689, tell me its currency state, and give me the search and lookup calls to read its provisions. What comes back
Each publication and each deadline comes with a link to the official publisher, so your assistant can point you at the source instead of paraphrasing it. A deadline links to the act that sets the date, and the act's text is one more lookup away.
For developers, the fields to read:
- Publication rows: title, publisher, URL, publication and observation dates, official identifiers such as CELEX, and
matched_on(a match on the publisher's own terms is not a title match) - Deadline rows:
date_source. Onlycuratedrows carry the obligation statement and itsbasis(the provision that states the date);publisher-metadatarows carry the date, instrument, event kind and citation only - Deadline responses:
completeness, and a separatependingarray for bills when you ask for it - Monitor status: enrolled sources, last successful sync and freshness state per source
- EU act finder: per-edition currency, any hold reason, and the next search and lookup calls
Which plan
- Every plan: what the monitor watches, the EU act finder, and change records from the sources that publish them.
- Premium, Team and Company: searching new publications, fetching one publication record, and the deadlines calendar.
Tools
get_regulatory_intelligence_statusreports which sources the monitor watches and how current each is.search_regulatory_updatessearches recent official publications.get_regulatory_updatefetches one publication record.get_regulatory_deadlineslists dated obligations that are coming, soonest first.discover_eu_legislationfinds an EU act by CELEX or ELI number, title or topic.get_changesreturns change records from sources that publish them.
Limits
- The deadlines calendar is curated, not complete. Every response says so, and a missing row does not mean a missing obligation.
- A date enters the calendar only when the law itself states it. Bills and unsigned acts appear only on request, with their stage in the legislative process and never a date.
- The monitor covers the sources it has enrolled. A source it does not watch, or whose feed is failing, is not covered, and the status tool says so. Check it before you read anything into an empty search.
- The EU act finder matches words, not meaning. Try the act's official title or number when a topic search misses.
- A change record shows that a text changed. It is not by itself a legally identified amendment.
